First I want to say Matt in customer service was the best and he really seems to enjoy helping people. I really enjoy the Mavic, and the bundle pack with 3 batteries is the best basic package. Everything fits in 1 case and it's very convenient as it fits in my m/c saddle bags. I ordered it and without delay emails started coming letting me know exactly where my mavic was. It arrived on time in perfect condition.
Bad news is after a few weeks the gimble failed and pointed down and to the right. I called Drone World and a tech told me what to do to try to correct problem, but it did not help. Tech told me to send it back with prepaid label to them and they would send me a new one. Now you understand why i do not order from china, they would have me ship it back to china and you know how long that takes. But because i purchased from Drone world i will have a brand new mavic in less than 10 days. With all the mass production there is always going to be a unit now and then that is not perfect so by ordering from a company in America you have a middle man. The only two reasons this was not given a perfect rating is one, due to its size and weight the Mavic is not quite as steady in higher winds as it's heavier predecessor, the phantom 4...A minor issue at best and it still performed admirably. Secondly, although the carry bag is perfect for traveling, I felt the controller didn't quite have enough room and my concern is that the two control knobs were continuously poised one way or the other when placed in the bag rather than being able to maintain their neutral position. Again, that may not be an issue but I'd rather have the bag slightly larger just for that reason. Other than those two small issuesi would rate everything a perfect score! (Posted on 8/9/2017)

I say Star Wars because this thing moves and acts like a transformer out of the future.
I'm a novice but flying it, you'd not think so... There are so many automatic things this drone will do. Although the Mavic Pro has front sensors to detect objects in the way of flight, I wish it had the same sensors on the back, since when the drone is out of sight, I don't know if I'm flying backwards or forward.
