On a recent trip to the Bahamas, my younger brother showed up with a Phantom 4 he purchased from drone world. boy was I jealous. when we got back home I ordered one also. Since then I have enjoyed flying it. now one of my friends is jealous and is trying to talk his wife into letting him get one also. nothing but high praise for drone world. The backpack is just perfect for protection! Phantom 4 bundle upgrade kit with backpack, filters, batteries, triple charger hub, 32 Gb - all of these if bought separately would have cost a lot more! I truly saved a lot of money and received all the bundle kit I would have ordered separately if not this bundle kit. Phantom 4 is just so amazing! Due to heavy volume we had some delay but they compensated for this by refunding for shipping. I am truly happy with this purchase! I've been saving for about the last year for either the Phantom 4, or the Mavic Pro. Due to the horrible wait time for the Mavic Pro, I opted for the Phantom 4. I did my shopping around, and found that Drone World had the best deal. The package is a great one: I LOVE the backpack with foam insert. Plenty of storage. The front laptop pocket is just a hair small for my 15" MacBook Pro, but it's ok, I can put my GoPro with all its' gear in its' case...and that case fits in the same spot I would have put my laptop. So, my Phantom 4 ordered from Drone World, and my GoPro all in one backpack. Nice! Plenty of storage for other odds and ends as well.
The drone itself flies like a dream. I really have no prior experience flying RC planes...helicopters, or quads, so I was a bit nervous to fly this. However, the Phantom 4 handles SO easy. Great safety features built in, and great camera/gimble. If you're into photography or video at ALL, this is a great toy...er...tool to have!
I initially had some frustration with customer service not responding to one item that had not been included in the package I bought, despite several attempts to contact them. However, today they contacted me, profusely apologized for the delay in responding to me (heavy holiday volume), and they are sending me my missing item. Thank you Drone World for getting back to me.
